Ok I will temper this by remembering I was on the easy bike, it was still an awesome workout though. I was really down in the dumps after my knee issues on Sunday but I promised myself to start anew and that I did with this early morning workout.
I mixed it up a little. Got to my office and ate half a bagel washing it down with a full glass of water mixed with just less than half a scope of Vega sport. That lit the fuse. Then, I said what the heck and decided to bring along my XM radio. When I got on the bike I was on fire.
My legs felt fantastic, even after wards. I don't know what it was, probably a combination of everything that just made this the perfect workout.
