Warm up for 1.5 mile, followed by the MP / Half paced miles. Looking at the splits my marathon pace was all over the place but the half pace was even. I think the tricky thing for me is I hold back on the marathon pace but still push so I find myself kind of all over the place. With my half pace it is more push and less hold back so it seems more constant. Legs were a little tired, not sore or anything but just not really fresh. I guess that's probably the idea. The extra distance was an accident and I needed to get back to work so I ran it instead of walking.
