Felt surprisingly very good, legs anyway on this one. My stomach was a little funny from the start. I could drink bone broth without issue but anything sweet I had to force. Stuck with a gel every 30 minutes to train my stomach to take in calories in this state. Also I was pretty sleep deprived. Only about 5 hours total over past two days. I thought this would help get me in that late 100 mile frame of mind. And I think it did. I was seeing things. Every stick looked like a snake and I jumped every time a leaf would blow in front of me. During the final 5 miles when I forced that last gel I was in a bad place. I walked to try and relax and get heart beat down. Then I looked at watch and I was averaging a 12:03 mile. I wanted no slower than 12. I just locked on watch and plowed through last 2 miles.

*Note both the long runs are total ET including all stops such as car to refill water, get gels and eat broth. Strava only showing time moving.
