Notes
Went out for 5 but cut it down to 4.5 because I was feeling persistent soreness on the bottom of my left foot in the arch. Nothing serious but nagging. Iced after run and its feeling better. I'll wait to see how it feels before doing a long run tomorrow, may just do 4-5.
