I did it! But I have to admit I cheated a little during the cool down. I saw that it was going to be close and I picked up the cadence. I never increased from level 9 but I was going very fast.

50 - 45: level 9

45 - 35: level 10

35 - 30: level 9

30 - 05: level 10

05 - 00: level 9, going really fast.
