I'm finding the HR numbers very interesting. I was running looking at the Stryd power number and kept it well under 220. I don't see how my HR got so high. Unless it was because of temperature. I ran first 5 miles with shirt on, took it off once my work colleague went back. I am sensitive to heat so this may have been it. Felt a lot better once without shirt. Seems off though that it would be that high. 170s is high intensity for me. Questioning the accuracy of HR on the wrist.
