I did not have my Garmin, and got no splits.
this was very hard on my rt hamstr, especially the two step hopping, so I quit after the one step hops on the second set.
On the third set, Tim was telling everyone to just do ordinary runs up the bleachers. I did them two steps at a time twice, for the third and fourth sets.

Tim has asked us to do harder stuff than that hopping up the bleacher steps, I think. I would have done it if my ham wasn't getting re-injured by it.
But a lot of folks just couldn't do it.
