A set of:
30 seconds max effort
60 seconds at 80-90% trying to control breathing
60 seconds rest
About 10 of those. I couldn't keep track to count. Then:
15, 30, 45, and 60 seconds at 90-100% effort, w/30 second rests btwn
Maybe 5 of those. Once again, I don't know.
