pretty much just swimming w/frequent breaks. did several 100s today! Coach Brian offered to get me doing longer reps, but I guess I balked, because he didn't. trying to stay smooth, "be the water" no exhaustion, just steady, relaxed swimming. need this to be able to do the distance. Need to get stronger so I can work on getting better, and vice versa.
