COMMENTS: w/Jen, Pam, Richard.<br>wu<br>4 X 100 strides<br>4 X 1200 w/3 min recovery<br>4 X 100 strides<br>cd<br>1200s were 5:01, 5:02, 5:09, 5:05.<br>Jen and I had decided that we needed to slow down after the first two, because we were trying to be under 5:00, and it wasn't working.<br>Sore muscles, but felt fine, but I had a bad calf cramp in left leg in the middle of the nite after this workout. Seems OK the morning after.
