Interesting sweat loss experiment. Tim had us all weigh in before and after workout.

wu w/3 X 100 pickups.

8 X 200 - concentrating on form rather than speed, push-off, light on the feet, 30 seconds recovery.

1 X 1600 - supposed to be TT, but I did it easy, resting for race this weekend. 7:26
