Lots of long stops. Low BGs, flat tire. stopping to test. Did the Bush Hwy turnaround, then took detour toward Rio Verde, but turned around short of Ft. McDowell. BG was 71. Didn't know where I was. Out of water. So I went back to gas station, got water and food. long break.
Trying to consume a lot more calories than usual on this ride, so BG was up and down. Need to get a handle on this for IM.

Did a 6 mile shorter ride, in rain storm, easily in 4 hours last week. This week kinda sucked. No rain today, just left over humidity and the sun beating down.
