First part of the Mt. Wilson Trail adventure, up and down. Beautiful morning. Blood sugar was 212 at start, down into the 60s, ate a Kind bar and some glucose tabs, got it up over 100 after about a mile and a half, in another mile it was back into the 60s. I ate the rest of a tube of glucose tabs, pigged out at the top, where I was in the 90s when I started down. Soon was over 200 again, bolused a little, continued up to 275, then was back around 140 at the bottom.
Not done yet.
I took almost 5 hours to go up and down once, so didn't have time to make it a double.
