COMMENTS: wu, 4 X 100 strides,<br>4 X 200,<br>2 X 400,<br>1 X 800<br>At that point we were supposed to go back to 400s then 200s, but my left hamstring was suddenly very sore, and I just jogged a couple of miles.<br>The objective was to do the shorter distances at an easier pace, and do the 800 faster than anything else. I did the 200s in 45, 50, 51, 49<br>400s in 1:35, 1:35<br>then the 800 in 3:11, but the first 400 of the 800 was in 1:30. My hamstring was hurting on the second lap.<br>very depressing turn of events.
