Got there late. Filming going on for Disney Stuck in the Middle TV show, so had to park out past the Crab Pot. Started from my car. Hamstrings still sore from the Surf City Half. Was really easy to go fast teh first mile. Just didn't feel like doing a hard run, so slowed down.
