Rode to Mom's and back. Took it fairly ez, but tried to get some time in the aero position.
On the return trip, rt cleat came off shoe and stuck on pedal. I have been pulling my rt ft loose at all traffic lights and other stops, and putting that ft to the ground a lot more than the lf. Anyway, Curbside cycles helped me out. Put the two remaining screws back in, and two new screws, after pulling a rock out of the cleat.
2 miles later, at Warner and Kyrene, had a flat rear tire. wasted one CO2 cartridge before I got the new tube it filled up.
Not a physical challenge, but got some more familiarity w/new bike, and some experience w/fixing flats.
