Notes

Tim had a longer than usual brick workout. 6 X 10 min. bike, 5 min. run. My biking was spotty. had to get off and tighten the trainer onto my wheel a couple of times. happy not to have fallen. Overall, a great workout. HR on bike was mostly around 135.
