Wow. That was a lot of swimming for me. Felt pretty good thru most of it.

3 X ( 200 ez, 45 sec. rest, 50 w/ negative split, about 80%, 20 sec. rest, 2 X 25, focus on spl, 20 sec. rest)
2 X 25 cd
Hard to not get sloppy on the 200s, but I did all right.
