Swim was good. 3000m in 1:16:32
Felt strong towards the end. Had to share lanes which sucked since Providence has narrow ones, but overall felt good. No left knee issues at all.
Weight after swim: 146.6
Drinking another coconut water now....popped in another Thermalyte :)
