Notes

It's cold out but I'll keep my nutrition exactly the same for the bike:

100oz CPro(9scoops)/NUUN(7tabs) - drank only 75oz or so..

640z NUUN/water - didn't drink any

Thermalyte at each hour - only took one at 3:15

Banana at 4 hour mark - didn't eat it

Weight before bike: 146.9

Bike was good. Felt tired and sore until mile 60, then felt good. Left knee no issue. COLD out, so only drank 70oz of mix. Had to pee 3-4 times. I don't do well when the sun is not out and I don't sweat too much.

Took a Thermalyte at 3:15. No cramps, no issues. Just tired.

Weight after bike: 145.2

89.84 miles in 5:26:53 16.5mph. Burned 1758 calories. Avg HR was 117 and max of 150. Did repeats of Hunter Mill with Cliff for the first 1.5 hours, then rode to Purceville and back.
