Morning weight: 148.8
The inner quads are still sore from Sunday's run, but nothing out of the ordinary. I didn't do the quad extensions yesterday because of it. Going to stretch and run now.
Weight before run: 148.0
Run was great. Felt good. No knee issues. Very minor quad soreness in the left, but nothing to worry about.
4 miles in 31.26 which is a 7:52 pace. Garmin worked! Burned 371 calories. Avg HR was 148 and max of 168.
