The knee feels good. No pain when bending. I may have had the ice on it too long last night and got skin irritation again, but not a big deal.
Time for my last long swim before the race. I can't believe it's already here!
Weight before swim(-coconut water): 146.7
Weight after swim(+coconut water): 146.2
Swim was just okay. Only got through a mile: 41:21
Providence sux. Lanes are narrow, pool is dirty, people are rude and selfish, etc, etc........
Accidentally knelt down on the left knee coming out of the pool. I was frustrated :( I think it's okay though...
