Icing the knee before I head out. Feels a little sore from last night's run.
Left hip FAI soreness still there...will keep monitoring.
Ride went very nicely. I kept the first 23 miles very low HR, and kept the thermalytes at every 30 min. Took two before the bike. Pushed the last 25 miles, around 140 HR. No cramps :)
