Barefoot, like totally
1st attempt at BF running (yes - I can "run" at 16:00 m/m pace) felt great; to strengthen my feet. Will increase speed and distance gradually...now to figure out a "no shoes" shoe option...done!
Check out the calories used and VO2 max!! WOW!!
