Runsselaer Cup “5K” (probably 3.04 mi) in 15:44 for 12th overall. Did nothing special tactically — just got out fast with the crowd, settled in but stayed focused in the middle, and mostly finished strong. Definitely a solid effort but I think there’s some more in the tank. Shoutout to the GOC and alum win!
