Nice morning. I was supposed to meet the guys at 5:30 but i woke up around 4 with cramping in my right hamstring and foot. I decided it probably wasn't the best idea to do a track workout today so i left the house later and ran to NCC for morning run. The team was only running Prairie, but Hird was there and he went the full loop with me. We were actually going at a decent pace for a few miles. I know I am going to catch crap for not showing up today, but i think i made the right decision. I have to get my hamstring stronger and feeling good on a longer run before i start doing any workouts.
