Notes
Finally got tired of being a lazy piece of shit. Skipped dinner and hit the treadmill. First mile was easy in 7:17 then just slowly progressed down from there. Hit 3 miles right at 21 minutes and kept rolling. Ran the last 4.5 at 6:22 pace with the last mile right around 6 minutes. Felt good to sweat and do something positive.
