Notes
Slept in a little today, i was beat after all of that traveling. Headed out for a run and wanted to get in something over 40 minutes. I hit the mile at 6:53, which was a big change for me. I am used to hitting the mile at 7:30 - 8:00. I tried to keep the pace going and added on a little when i was running through the forest preserve. My leg tightened up on me pretty good the last mile so i shut it down and didn't worry about pushing to an hour. My best run in a while.
