Notes

Day 1 for real this time. Started really easy and progressed to a decent pace (7:43, 7:08. 6:52, 6:41, 6:29). Started to feel like a runner again toward the end. Going to lose some damn weight on that treadmill over the next 3 weeks. Gotta get my base back.
