Really good run. Just felt good today. No intention of doing a tempo run or anything, but i was running 6:12 pace by mile 3 just rolling. Kept consistent and started to intentionally push the pace the last 5-6 miles. Hit mile 12 in 5:38 and slowed down the last mile to cool down a bit. Good end to my first 50 mile week of the year. Getting in shape.
