So i am painting my living room in the middle of the day and i hear a bang at the door. I look around the corner and see Jims standing there looking like he just ran over from his house. Turns out he had run over from his house and he told me to get my shoes on and lets go so i did. We headed out towards NCC and ran the riverwalk to Jefferson. He headed back toward home and i turned back and headed through Green Acres trail and home down West street. Got in an hour which is way longer than i would have run today. Thanks Jims.
