Notes

4 x 800 & 1 x 1600 with 3 minutes rest. Jogged a lap and grabbed some water between reps. I wanted to keep this workout just under 6 min pace, but the group was fast so we were between 5:22-5:32 pace on the 800s. Brady and I slowed down on the mile as not to kill ourselves on the first day.
