Notes
Went to NCC and Henz was already there. Ran a few minute warmup then Duck loop with him. Monty was there when we got back so we ran Prairie and dropped Henz off at practice. Monty and I ran Jesus and i think he was going to the track. I finished up a few minutes to get to 7 miles. Came home and did some stretching and situps.
