Notes

Ran 9 mile progression after warmup. Here are the splits - 6:39, 6:25, 6:20, 6:12, 6:09, 6:07, 6:05, 5:57, 5:49.

Overall a really good effort. I was completely exhausted when i was done. In all i ran 26.5 miles since midnight last night.

Really tired right now. Had to go back to work again tonight and just got home at 12 am. Going to skip morning run tomorrow and go an easy 7.5 tomorrow night.
