Good effort today. John put this idea in my head and i figured i might as well go do it anyway. Wanted to get some feedback as to what type of pace i should be thinking about for the marathon. Went out a little fast today but wanted to establish the effort so i didn't take it too easy. 4 lap splits were 14:14, 14:28, 14:25, 14:29. Settled in to a nice pace at about 3.5 miles and kept that going the rest of the way. Pace was a little fast for 26 miles, but definitely wasn't going hard. Put in 15 miles total with warmup and cool down. My longest effort in a while.
