Woke up this morning with a migrane headache that had me sidelined pretty much all morning. It was the last nice day to get my Christmas lights up on the house so i had to man up and get on the roof to get those done. Spent all afternoon fighting with them but i think they look pretty good. The wife asked me if i was going running before dinner so i decided to go. I think i definitely would have missed today had she not asked me that. I threw some Henhouse Prowlers on the ipod and headed out on a south loop that i don't run very often. My legs actually felt pretty good, but my head still hurts.
