Got back home and did a little interval relay with Becca. One lap around the block then tag off. .4 miles per loop. Ran 2:16, 2:16, 2:15. She ran 2:48, 2:58, 2:52. Not a great workout, but something to get her running a little faster. We will probably do this one again in a week or two with a couple more laps added on.
