Woke up this morning sick as a dog. My kids and wife have "fifth disease" that Emily brought home from school. It is pretty much the flu followed by a rash on your face. They have all 3 been sick for about a week and i thought i missed it... guess not. Had a 102 fever when i woke up. This really sucks because this is my favorite weekend of the year and now i am going to be sick the whole time. Went ahead and ran this morning, but only 30 minutes instead of the 90 minutes i was planning on. I am hoping i can beat the sickness by drinking all day today. We'll see...
