Notes
Here it is. This was the day i was hoping wouldn't come. My planar fascitis has been killing me for the last month and i havent complained about it at all, but this morning i got out of bed and simply couldnt walk. It may have been all of the water skiing yesterday, but i couldnt put any weight on my foot for about a half hour. I ended up skipping my run and went biking with the wife instead. I will tell you that it is nothing like running for 75 minutes. I barely broke a sweat, but did have a good time with Amy. I know this sounds gay, but the past couple weeks have really made me fall in love with her all over again. What a great woman.
