Notes

Moved to the bike from the elliptical and had a tough time getting comfortable. Got moving after a few minutes and pushed it out to 10 miles. Started chasing the clock to get under the pace i rode the other day and was pretty well under by the time i finished. Really want to get back running again soon. These other workouts are keeping my cardio up, but getting antsy.
