Solid effort. Started out at 7 min pace and moved up .1 each half mile across the first 6. Then moved up .1 every .25 mile for the last 2. Last mile was in 5:48. Pretty much wore me out to run 8 miles under 6:30 pace. Long way to go to run a marathon under 6 min pace...
