Went to dinner with Courtney and Paul last night ( had a bison filet, which is the best steak ever) and Paul said he was going long tomorrow with his group from Edwards. I saw that no one was meeting at NCC so i got my ass out of bed and met them for a run. We started really easy with a larger group of guys and girls. Paul and I picked it up after a couple miles and actually got close to 7 minute pace for the last few miles. My leg was really sore from an hour in, but i didn't want to stop and stretch so i just forced it through. Not great distance today but the total time was just about what i wanted.
