Notes
Took Becca to swimming lessons then went up and hit the treadmill to get a quick run in. Started out my usual slow ass 2 miles in 15 minutes, then ran the last 3 in 19:30. Slowly increased the speed until i ran a 6:10 from 3.5 to 4.5 then slowed down for the last half mile. The treadmill still feels very fast to me. I am having a hard time running anything under 6:30 pace. Hopefully it won't feel that hard in the race tomorrow.
