Notes
Another solid effort on the treadmill. Started out at 7 min pace and cranked it down to 5:30 pace by mile 5. I think i ran 5:50, 5:40 for miles 4&5 then backed it off and ran 6:25 or so for the last 3. Need to make sure i keep getting these runs in to get my leg turnover going in the right direction instead of plodding around in the snow all winter.
