Notes
Went down to Jville for Memorial Day and ran the Passavant 10K with Emily and Sarah. Had a terrible race last year and just wanted to get in a solid effort. Went out in 5:30 and just settled in to a good pace. Bryan Glass took off and ran 32:20 or so and there was another guy who is a soph at a D3 school who was 6 seconds in front of me. I gained on him alot the last 2 miles, but couldn't catch him.
Overall, pretty happy with my time. Emily won the 14 and under age group in the 5K and was really excited about that.
