Day 1. Time to get off my ass and get in shape. I asked Mark for some help from the training side to keep me going. We set a tentative race on the schedule for Jan 3 at the Siberian Express.
Hit the roads for an easy 5 miler before taking the kids to the Y for swimming. Ran my NCC loop in 34:30 and felt OK, but out of shape. Once swimming was over, i ran a warmup mile on the treadmill before lifting and added a half mile cool down afterwards.
