Had a nice workout in the rain. Wanted to do 3 x 2 mile but my hamstring tightened up the last 800 of the second interval. Decided to break up the last one into 2 x 1 mile to get a little recovery for the hammy. Added on 2 x 800 at the end to open the legs up a bit and add some distance. Took a lap recovery between each interval.
Not bad for the first workout of the year. It was raining pretty hard almost the whole time. I felt like i was in a wet t shrit constest and my shoes were like bricks. All total the run was 14.5 miles tonight and 21 miles for the day.
