Hit the mile at 6:51 which is very rare in the morning for me. I guess the 5 days off made my legs a little fresher (not that i was overworked). Had a great loop up to NCC with some add ons to make it 6 instead of 5. I like the more up tempo runs, seems to keep me motivated. The 15 seconds per mile makes a pretty big difference.
