Notes
In Jville for Lori's wedding so went running with the wife. Ran out to the bird sanctuary, did a loop and ran back to Sarahs. Dropped off Amy and went back out for a longer run. Headed down Morton to Blacks Lane and out to the Old State Road. Reminded me of alot of the runs Saunders and I used to do. The 6 miles i added on were at a solid pace and had probably run 4.5 or so with the wife around 8 min pace before that. Really just looking at the time on this one and its the longest run i have done in quite a while.
