Treadmill

Notes

Not a good effort. Probably didn't sweat at all. Hamstring was really sore. Not sure if it was from yesterday's run or from the treadmill. I think I am going to avoid it for the next couple of weeks and probably get some sort of hamstring curl machine to start strengthening this thing back up.
